Located in the entrance to Muscongus Bay and John Bay, near the town of Bristol, the Pemaquid Lighthouse was build in 1835 and automated in 1934. This stone lighthouse reaches a height of 38 feet. Other buildings include the keepers house constructed in 1857 and a 1896 oil house. A one bedroom apartment located in the keepers house is available for weekly rentals.
Maine Marshall Point Lighthouse

Located at the entrance to Port Clyde Harbor near the town of Port Clyde, the Marshall Point Lighthouse was build in 1857 and automated in 1971. This granite and brick lighthouse reaches a height of 31 feet. Other buildings include the keepers house built in 1895 and a
1905 oil house. The grounds are open to the public, but the lighthouse is not.
Maine Owl's Head Lighthouse

Located in West Penobscot Bay at the entrance to Rockland
Harbor near the town of Owl's Head, this lighthouse reaches a height of 30 feet. Build in 1852 and automated in 1989, it is constructed of brick. Other buildings include the keeper's house built in 1854 which now serves as Coast Guard housing, and 1895 oil house. Grounds are open to the public.
Maine Cape Elizabeth Lighthouse

Located at the entrance to Casco Bay near Cape Elizabeth, this lighthouse reaches 67 feet in the air. Built in
1874 and automated in 1963, it is constructed of cast iron. Other building include the 1878 keeper's house (remodeled
in 1999), fog signal building from 1886. The Cape Elizabeth Lighthouse grounds are not open to the public.

Maine Portland Lighthouse

Located in Portland/Casco Bay near Cape Elizabeth, this lighthouse
towers to a height of 80 feet. Constructed of stone and lined with
brick, this 1791 lighthouse was automated in 1989. The tower is not open
to the public, but the museum inside the keeper's house is. Other
buildings include the 1891 keeper's
house, a 1975 fog signal building, 1891 oil house.
Maine Quoddy Head Lighthouse

Located in the Bay of Fundy near Lubec, Quoddy Head is the eastern most point in the U.S. Built in 1857 and automated in 1988 this lighthouse reaches a height of 49 feet and is constructed of brick. Other buildings include the 1858 keeper's house,
an 1887 fog signal building, and the 1892 oil house. tower is not open to the public, but the grounds are.
Maine Prospect Harbor Lighthouse

Located on Prospect Harbor Point, on the east side of Schoodic
Peninsula near the town Prospect Harbor, this lighthouse reaches a height of 38 and is constructed of wood. Built in 1891 and automated 1951. Other buildings include a 1891 keeper's house,
a 1905 oil house, and boathouse. The lighthouse and grounds are not open to the public because they are currently on a Naval Base, but it can be viewed from nearby locations.
Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse

Located southwest of Portland Harbor near South Portland, this lighthouse reaches 54 feet and is constructed of brick and cast iron. Build in 1897 and automated in 1960s. There are no other buildings on the lighthouse grounds. There is a public walk on the breakwater, but this lighthouse is closed to the public except for open houses. Currently used for Coast Guard navigations.
